Western Reserve Daylily Society
We are an active club that expects Member particiaption. We work together on garden projects, plant sales, and club events.
We believe we have plenty to share with others, enjoy having fun, and want to share our love of daylilies with others! If you have a willingness to roll up your sleeves, work in the garden, and participate in our meetings and events, then this might just be the club for you!
In 2010 we decided to create a new type of daylily club whose philosophy is based on education, participation, communication, commitment, and community service. We are a 501c3 non-profit organization and are funded solely by membership dues and our plant sales to the general public. We do not solicit funds nor do we generate revenue from our Members. We are proud to be affiliated with the American Hemerocallis Society (AHS) and are part of AHS Region 2.
The Western Reserve area is situated primarily in Northeast Ohio and includes Ashtabula, Cuyahoga, Geauga, Huron, Lake, Lorain, Medina, Portage, Summit, and Trumbull counties. We are glad to bring daylily lovers on board regardless of where they are live.
